2 eggs + 1 egg white omelet - crab, 1/3 cup green peppers, 1/2 cup green onions & hot peppers, salt and pepper to taste
coffee - 1 sugar, 3 small milk cartons

1 chicken breast, 1 cup of veggies (steamed broccoli & carrots)
green tea

cherries
--
tikka massala chicken, 1 cup broccoli, 2 dill pickles, 4/5 carrots with guacamole
--
workout (5 mins warmup, 10 mins stairclimber, 8 bouts of intervals on treadmill (20 seconds sprint, 30 seconds rest), 10 mins elliptical)
--
whole wheat pasta with 2 slices salami & some pork sausage, red onions, green peppers, jalapeno peppers, tomato sauce
