1/2 cup cottage cheese with 1 cup fruit - strawberries, blueberries, grapes

green tea
1 handful nuts - almonds and bbq soya nuts

1 turkey sausage
1 serving yellow wax beans
--
1 cup honeydew melon
--
haddock with vegetables
2 green olives
